Once the forms and payment are complete:
- Be sure to check your email and spam folders for the digital application
- Carefully read over the agreements as they are legally binding documents
- Sign all 3 forms & click the blue “finish” button each time to finalize applications.
Without your signatures on those documents, we cannot proceed, so please ensure you “finish” each document.
